Coop Eden Cool+ Review: The Pillow That Finally Fixed My Neck Pain
Most "cooling" pillows are a gimmick. This one is heavy, expensive, and actually works.
I spent years waking up with a stiff neck. I tried down, solid memory foam, and those cheap "cooling" pillows that feel like a sauna after 10 minutes. The Coop Eden Cool+ is the first one that actually stuck.
The challenge of finding the right loft

If you are a hot sleeper or a side sleeper who struggles with neck pain, absolutely. The ability to dial in the height is a major upgrade for spinal alignment.
If you sleep on your stomach, this is probably too lofty and heavy for you, even with fill removed. You'd be better off with a thinner, lighter down alternative pillow.
